How many houses can you buy?

What if my house needs a lot of repairs?

How fast can you buy my house?

What if I was given the property by my parents who are no longer alive?

We will work with the title company and county to ensure that heir ship has been determined and all the proper documentation is available at closing?

Will I need to make any repairs to my house?

No, we buy the property in AS-IS condition for cash.

Can my lawyer review your contract?

Absolutely, we use the same contract the real estate professionals and Realtors use in the State of Texas. You can download a blank contract here.

I don't live in Houston. Will I need to attend the closing there?

We can close the deal remotely from just about any country in the world. The title company will come to you.
